At first the apparent disorganization, the heat and powerful vibration of a group of people keenly striving can be disorienting and even seem intimidating or cause fear. Interested in learning more about the Mysore-Style Ashtanga Program? Join us for a workshop that will talk about this method in more depth and go through an introduction and practice of a portion of the Primary Series and allow for questions and answers to prepare you for the program. In the Mysore style class , the teacher works directly with the student so you learn the proper protocol and breath count for each posture —the learning is adjusted according to your individual needs. By going at your own pace you progress safely and you create an atmosphere of important reflection and self-study. The teacher does not lead the class , but more like a private lesson in a group setting .... The classes are not 3 hours long, the shala ( studio) is open during the listed times and students begin and end at times that suite their schedule and practice time . Anywhere from 30-90 minutes , depending on the individual.

Our approach meets everyone where they are , supportive and non-competitive community where we work to support each other through this deep personal work . Beginners are Welcome .
Morning Mysore MON-Thursday 6:30 AM-9:30 AM - teacher 7-8:30AM. , Sunday 9-11AM.
EVENING Mysore - Monday & Tuesday 5:45-7:00PM. Friday is Led Primary 7:00AM and 6:15PM.
