We often look to the outside world to help us become centered. We use our eyes to find our drishti in our asana practice, helping us to be focused and balanced physically and mentally. What if we could find this focus within? In this workshop we will start with mantra and pranayama to get grounded and centered. This will prepare us to do our asana practice with the eyes closed, using the inner light and balance to guide us through.
