To honor the darkest time of the year, April will be leading us through 108 Moon Salutations to the deepest, darkest grooves you never even knew you wanted to flow to. Movements will build up slowly with modifications for all levels and plenty of opportunities for rest (we’re getting through all 108 as a sangha, not all on our own). Get your body moving, warm up those cold bones, and give yourself over to the darkness.
