Starting September 19th, (every Tuesday 2:30-4:00) join Kelsey Keagle, RYT and Yoga Therapist, in a 6-week course including movement, meditation, chanting and more. Each week you will explore an area of the body, increasing awareness, flexibility, and stability in each area. Kelsey will offer individual and continual therapy assessment. You will leave class feeling refreshed calm, and empowered! Pre-registration is required, but drop-ins are welcome with instructor permission.
