Starting October 31 (every Tuesday 2:30-4:00) join Kelsey Keagle, RYT and Yoga Therapist, in weekly workshops including movement, meditation, chanting and more. Each week you will explore an area of the body, increasing awareness, flexibility, and stability in each area. Kelsey will offer individual and continual therapy assessment.
